Here are more than a dozen samples of videos created by DL Consulting over the past decade. These demonstrate a variety of video technologies and techniques, but in all cases the emphasis is on “telling the story” to the target audience.
| BIM 360 Glue: This set of technical videos included 9 steps in an AEC project lifecycle where BIM 360 Glue could save time and improve quality. DL Consulting created the storyboard in consultation with SMEs, wrote the script, created the graphics, and built the entire set of videos using VideoScribe software. |  |
| Integrating AUD and Vault: This was a series of 6 videos to explain how Autodesk Vault could work with AUD. DL Consulting performed all technical work integrating the products, and created all content, scripting, video design, narration, and production. |  |
| Sales training: This 13 video series was developed to help on understanding the Envision project ratings system and how to sell solutions where Envision is a consideration. DL Consulting created all content based on SME input and did all graphics, scripting, video design, narration, and production. |  |
| Sales Training: This was an 18 lesson series focused on selling Autodesk solutions to customers doing railway projects. The images were primarily created in PowerPoint and then combined with a video capture of the presenter in front of a green screen. |  |
| BIM in utilities: Series of 17 videos showing how BIM technology could be used for a variety of uses ranging from transmission to substations. Original demo videos adopted by DL Consulting with added scripting and video editing to tell a compelling story. |  |
| BIM 360 Field for Utilities: A set of 35 videos were created to explain how Autodesk's BIM 360 Field product could be used in a variety of utility scenarios. DL Consulting created the bulk of the technical content and wrote the script based on input from SMEs. We then did the recording and production to complete this set of comprehensive technical videos. |  |
| Technology integration: This set of 8 videos was developed for an Autodesk customer seeking to streamline integration between standards management, AUD, and GIS. DL Consulting created the content based on SME interviews and provided screen captures. It was then assembled and produced by DL Consulting using VideoScribe and Camtasia software. |  |
| Explaining Nastran-In-CAD: While Nastran-In-CAD has numerous benefits, it's a challenge to convey those benefits in a clear and concise fashion in a short period of time. DL Consulting, working with a product SME, created this video to capture the essence of a live 45 minute whiteboard presentation and deliver it in video format in under 10 minutes. |  |
| Industry Education: This series of 47 videos were created to educate a sales team on the electric industry, and solutions for that industry. DL Consulting created the storyboard, script, and all graphics, and did the full production with the speaker presenting in front of a green screen. |  |
| Product "Test Drive": This series of 42 videos was created to present potential customers with ideas on how to "test drive" a suite of complex products. DL Consulting worked with SMEs to develop a storyboard and created the script and graphics. This was then combined with videos and edited into easy-to-follow videos. |  |
